Details

Cineraria Homeopathic Eye Drops for Clear Crystalline Lens: Traditional Homeopathic Medicine for Cataract.

CinerariaCineraria is the principle ingredient in cineraria maritima eye drops. Cineraria is the traditional homeopathic remedy most often recommended as eye drops for cataracts due to its capacity to clear and dissolve obstructing fibrils in the lens, and is gluten free. In India, it is thought to be the most valuable remedy for cataracts by healing the lens. Additional natural homeopathic ingredients are added to the formulation to support the healing process.

Cataracts are a condition which develops as the body, with age, has a harder time providing oxygen, nutrition, detoxification and antioxidants to the cells of the eye's lens. There are no blood vessels in the lens, so the body's task to provide these nutrients and defenders is a challenge. Contrary to past common practice of eye doctors to wait until the lens "ripens" and replace the clouded lens with an artificial lens, doctors now often recommend natural treatments supporting the capacity to maintain or even clear the crystalline lens.
Proper nutrition, exercise and multivitamin supplementation is also recommended.

Active Ingredients:

  • Cineraria Maritima 5x: Cineraria helps, increase circulation in the eye tissues, helping circulation and normal metabolism. Better result arrive when treatment is begun in the early stage of cataract. Where cataracts are more advanced (due to a variety of reasons) less favorable results can be expected.*
  • Euphrasia 5x (Eyebright) HPUS 6X: is recommended for conjunctival and corneal swelling and light sensitivity, dryness, redness, lachrymation and burning of the lid margin. Eyebright is considered as a tonic for the eyes.
  • Inactive Ingredients: Premium sterile water (as a base), Sodium (salt for isotonicity to tears), Citrates (pH buffer) Polysorbate 80 (0.4% as a light lubricant).*
  • Causticum HPUS 6X: is indicated for cataracts with motor disturbances, eye pain with inclination to rub eyes, vision obscured as from gauze, sparks or dark spots before the eye.*
  • Silicea HPUS 9X: is indicated for spotted vision, cataract, opacities, keratitis.*
  • Calcarea phosphorica HPUS 10X: is indicated for blurry vision, eye pain from reading.*
  • Sepia HPUS 6X: is indicated for symptoms of glare, black spots, veils, points sparks, flashes and streaks of light.*
  • Calcarea fluorica HPUS 10X: is indicated for cataract, corneal opacities, keratitis, flickering and floaters.*

Inactive ingredients: Purified water, Sodium Chloride, Citrates and Polysorbate 80.

Recommended Dosage: 1 drop in each eye 2-3 times per day, For best results, use at least 1/2 hour or more apart from other eyedrops.

Cataracts
Cataracts develop slowly and likewise, would be expected to improve slowly. We recommend that you use the drop for six to nine months and then check with your ophthalmologist for a re-evaluation. After that period you and your doctor will be able to determine whether your body is responding and dissolving the cataract. You need to also take in other nutrients to support good vision health. See more information on lens support and general vision support.

Sterilization Information

The drops are sterile filled, pH balanced between 6.8 & 7.2 and buffered with citrates. They are free of preservatives. Polysorbate 80 is at the minimal amount of .04% as a lubricant. Polysorbate 80 does have preservative and stability qualities (but is not classified as a preservative) so the drops last nine months to a year after opening.

CINERARIA HOMEOPATHIC EYE DROPS WORK! Review by GillieBean
Quality
I'm a Sr. Citizen. In late 2007 I found out I had Open Angle Glaucoma (one eye). I took Standard Process all natural A C Carbamide (also their Iplex, which cleared up my Dry Eye problem), for 8 yrs, which kept the IOP at or below 22, then last year my doctor persuaded me to use Lumigan drops, which has helped drop the IOP below 12. Around 2011 cataract crystals were beginning to form, shortly after, my eye doc said the cataracts were getting ripe (wish I had known about the Cineraria then). I did some research and found the Can C drops, so I ordered and they worked, definitely cleared up the slight cloud I was noticing in one eye, then I read about Cineraria on your Website and I ordered, I have been using ever since and I can tell you, they are GREAT, they work. My cataracts have not cleared completely, my eye doctor can see a slight yellow haze on the lens and has suggested I get the operation, which I would really like to avoid, and I really don't think I need. I see clearly, colors are vivid, don't need glasses to drive (use night driving glasses if I am out at dusk/dark, but stay close to home). I need reading/computer glasses and use Ready Readers. The only problem I have is at night, the glare from traffic, so I stick close to home, and drive the back streets,. I also take your Glaucoma Homeopathic Pellets and use the Coleus Glaucoma liquid to help IOP (I stopped using the AC Carbamide first). I have an eye exam in February. Will update you afterward. THANK YOU FOR YOUR NEWSLETTER AND ALL THE INTERESTING INFORMATION. I have a 74 yr old neighbor friend, I just bought another supply of the Cineraria drops and I'm giving him one of the bottles because his eye doc told him he has cataracts. (Reviewed in 2019)
Is Helping With The Cataracts! Review by ChrissieMom
Quality
Hello, When I was told from my eye doctor in February 2018 that I had cataracts starting. I started using the Cineraria eye drops and the Oclumed eye drops 8 weeks ago, Since using the two different kinds of eye drops, I have noticed I can see better and even at night driving. Don't know which one was of help to me or maybe both. Also, went back for an eye exam and was told that I show signs of Glaucoma, so is there anything I can do for this problem? Or will the Cineraria and Oclumed help with that, too?

Answer:
For the glaucoma, it depends on whether it is low, normal or high tension glaucoma. Please email us at info@naturaleyecare.com with that information then we can make some supplement suggestions. Glad you are doing well with the eyedrops. (Reviewed in 2018)

I have just been diagonised with Macular edema and scheduled for laser to stop bleeding. Will Cineraria be affectuve? I have one months time before the laser treatment. My eyesight is 10/170 .AWill this improve my eyesight?

Answer:
No, probably not. But taking some really good antioxidants to support retinal health is recommended such as our Advanced Eye and Vision Support (whole food, organic, GMO free) Formula. Also, Resveratrol with Quercitin and a high quality fish oil. (Reviewed in 2018)
Cineraria Homeopathic Eye Drops Review by Aurora
Quality
Hello, I am at the very beginning with developing cataracts and started using the Cineraria Homeopathic Eye Drops 9 months ago. I was having trouble driving at night because the headlights of other cars hurt my eyes and I see starbursts around them. The lights no longer hurt. I do still see starbursts, but they don't seem to be as intense.

Are Cineraria Homeopathic Eye Drops a cure for cataracts? Or do they need to be used forever to keep them from developing further? How long should one continue to use them?

Thank you for this product.

Answer: They are not a cure for cataracts, but have the potential for helping the body keep the lens healthy, so you would need to keep taking them to maintain the benefits for as long as they work for you.

floaters Review by fatima
Quality
I AM HAVING ISSUE OF ALOT OF FLOATERS EVEN I HAVE NO CATARACT BUT HAVE ALL THE SYMPTOMS OF CATARACT LIKE FLOATERS GLARES and halos AROUND LIGHT please tell me will cineria martima help me to get rid of bunch of floaters ?

Answer:
Although it may seem that the floaters are part of the cataracts issue, they are located in a different part of the eye than the place where cataracts are formed.

For floaters, you can try our ReVision formula for a few months to start and see if you feel your floaters are improving or not. If you feel they are improving, then continue to use the ReVision for as long as you like. For more information,
go to our website at www.naturaleyecare.com

But also check with your eye doctor to see if you have cataracts, since some of the symptoms are similar. (Reviewed in 2018)
Myopia Review by Juned farooq
Quality
I have -7 myopia in both eyes. Recently I have retinal detachment surgery in one eye. Doctors are suggesting me for LASIK to remove myopia. But I had always certain doubt about it. I had recently started ceneraria mart eyedrops. Can this drop will be helpful? And how long should I continue with it?

Answer:
Cineraria eyedrops will not help the myopia. Also, LASIK does not change the shape of your eyeball which causes the myopia. Your eye is more oval than round which increases the risk of retinal tears and detachments. LASiK just changes the shape of the cornea to help redirect the light directly onto the retina.

There are supplements on our website at www.naturaleyecare.com that help support the integrity of the retina. If you like, you can email us at info@naturaleyecare.com and we would be happy to send you some recommendations. (Reviewed in 2018)

Cinnenaria and Eye Pressure Review by Veekay
Quality
I am 62 plus and have been using Cinenaria for last 5 or 6 years. Earlier I had a distance vision which got removed because of continuous use of Cineraria. Recently I got my eye check done and no cataract is visible. My Eye pressure was measured at 26. When I told my doctor that I was using Cinenaria he told me that the elevated eye pressure was because of use of Cineraria and he had seen many pther patients who had the same problem because of use of Cinenaria. He advised me to stop using it immediately ans also said that the distance vision had corrected itself because of the increase in eye pressure.
I do not understand now what to do

Answer: I have never heard the cineraria homeopathic eyedrops causing higher IOP. If anything, it should help lower IOP because it helps with circulation in the outside of the eyes. But with that said, if you are still concerned about this, you can switch to the Can-C eyedrops which are also very popular for helping support the lenses of the eyes. (Reviewed in 2017)

Starbursts ,Floaters and dry eyes Review by Angie
Quality
I have been experiencing starbursts, floaters and dry eyes. The starbursts around lights at night are very annoying and disturbing when I am driving. I started using your drops because my doctor said it ''might be the start of cataracts' and I should visit him again in one year, since my vision is still perfect. I was wondering if I should continue using your drops , or if you would recommend me something else. I read that starbursts can be caused by floaters, which lately seem to have increased . I had myopia all my life, but since I've been working at a Customer Service job, where I'm sitting in front of a computer 8 hours a day, my eyes got really dry and the other symptoms followed about 2 months ago. I would really appreciate your opinion.

Answer:
Starbursts Around Lights may be associated with: Cataracts, Fuchs' Dystrophy, Glaucoma and Kerataconus (you can read about all of these on our website in the eye conditions section).

The Cineraria homeopathic eyedrops may be helpful so worth keep taking, and the Women's Tear Stimulation Dry Eye Homeopathic Eyedrops can help with dry eyes. Do take a look at the computer eye fatigue section: http://www.naturaleyecare.com/ocular-support/fatigue-support/ for recommendations if you have to be on the computer for a long time.

If you have a specific diagnosis from your eye doctor regarding the starbursts, please email us at info@naturaleyecare.com for additional information or call us at 845.475.4158. (Reviewed in 2017)

health good and my age is 41 n i am working on computer 6 to 7 hr daily and feel my eye side going weak eye muscles.
Kindly suggest

Answer:

For general eye health, we recommend our Advanced Eye and Vision Support Formula to start. We also have a formula called VisionBoost you can use during the day to help naturally boost energy and helps "raise energy to the eyes".

Also, you should take regular breaks from the computer to relax your eyes and do eye exercises.

Here's a link to some simple eye exercises: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W10j2fL0hy0
and you can also get our free eye exercise e-book: http://www.naturaleyecare.com/blog/free-eye-exercise-ebook/

We suggest taking a break at least every hour to do some eye exercises for a couple of minutes.

My Dad(aged 54) have Glaucoma since 2012. His vision is degrading day by day.since then, under a doctor supervision, he is using BRINOLAR and GANFORT. After field test on july'2016, we came to know that his left eye is now left with 10% and right eye with 40% vision. Please suggest can he use this cineraria eye drops or any other medicine ???

Answer:
The Cineraria may indirectly help him, but often if vision is still being lost with the eye pressure being under control, the other issue is often related to proper nutrition not getting to the optic nerve, so we recommend taking supplements that both help support circulation to the retina and targeted antioxidants to help support and strengthen the optic nerve such as the Optic Nerve Support Formula, AminoPro, Pure Focus and Advanced Eye and Vision Support Formulas.

My father 71 years old. The Doctor say's cataracts are seen his those eye's & they suggest to surgery. By the way, Can he use Cineraria Homeopathic Eye Drops to remove the cataracts? & How much time to clear it? Please let me know,

Answer:

The cineraria homeopathic eyedrops have the potential for helping improve cataracts, but results vary from individual to individual. In general, the smaller the cataract, the more potential these eyedrops have in making a significant improvement.

With your father, it depends on whether the eye doctor feels that waiting 6 months to consider surgery is safe or not. If it is safe according to his eye doctor, then you may want to try these eyedrops for 6 months to start to see if he gets improvement or not with the cataracts.

Similarly Can-C eyedrops may be helpful. Please call us at 845-255-8222 if you have further questions or would like to discuss the options. (Reviewed in 2016)

Very Good Review by Narina

I suddenly lost sight in my left eye. The color changed slightly and everything was a light hazy blur and could not identify any objects, including my hand 6cm or closer to the eye unless knowing it wa my hand. I saw some Eye Doctors in Mexico where i am resident and who did not identify the problem for some reason and no eye drops helped. I then found Cineraria Maritima Eye Drops by chance at the homeopathic store and bought them for interest . I forgot about them for a few months and started using them 5 days ago. I have since been able to see the shape and outline of objects and furniture and identify them slightly at a distance of 5 meters, better in light areas, and can see my hand and rings on them now at 20cm from my eye when held up. So, although it stings a bit when placed in the eye at first, the sting disappears after a few seconds as long as my eye is closed in that time span. I highly recommend this even though my eye doesn't have the appearance of having a cataract. Isn't Mother Nature amazing! (Reviewed in 2016)

Eyes feel more alive Review by J. Vanek
Quality
Thank you so much for the "Cineraria Homeopathic Eye Drops/Clear Lens". I have started using them on Wednesday afternoon, and today Saturday I am reading with 2.0 magnification instead of usual at least 2.5 while doing computer work. My eyes feel much more 'alive' . I have even tried my husbands 1.25 and could see with them as well. Normally I cannot see with his glasses at all.

Living at high altitude our eyes get fatigued much easier. Many people tell me that as well. I am using oral eye supplements, and they help from things getting worse. But by adding these wonderful Cineraria eye drops to my routine, I noticed that icicles across the street now have definition that I have not seen for years.

Just to let you know, I was placing 1 drop in each eye about every 2 hours, as my eyes could not get enough of that 'refreshing bath". The fatigue that I was experiencing every day while trying to see, is gone. I now 'just look and see' as I used to. Without effort ! (Reviewed in 2015)
I have researched some of this product.. Iam interested. btw greets from Venezuela ;) Review by L. Lugo

I have been looking for natural improvement for my left eye which is recovering from an infectious keratitis, this gave me an important scarring which covers most of the eye field, it has been improving slowly. My Doctor has suggested me surgery, but I've done my research and this is definitely not a good option since my cornea is still strong, and I believe in God that scar can be erased. I'm a Taekwondo practicioner and I really need my eye.
This product can help my condition in any way?

Answer from Dr. Grossman:
It may be worth trying the Cineraria Homeopathic eye drops as they support circulation in the outside of the eyes, and would help the body do what it can to try to improve your vision. Also, you can try the MSM Drops as eye drops as they help relax tissue to allow better transport of nutrients. (Reviewed in 2015)
Can Cineraria eye drop be use for artificial lens post cataract surgery Review by mnasir
Quality
I had cataracts surgery recently. I am now can see clearly without glasses. My questions:
1. Is Cineraria eye drop compatible with artificial lens that I have after cataract surgery?
2. Can I use Cineraria eye drop regularly to maintain my eye sight with artificial lens fitted on my eyes ( post cataract surgery )

Answer:
1. We not sure what you meant by this question. Cineraria eyedrops are often used in cases of small to moderate cataracts to support the lens of the eye and try to prevent the need for cataract surgery. Artificial lenses are used when a cataract gets developed enough that requires surgery to replace the natural lens. So cineraria can not affect the artificial lens itself.

2. You can continue to use the cineraria homeopathic eyedrops after cataract surgery as they do help with circulation in the outside of the eye and help lubricate the eye. In general, we also recommend our Advanced Eye and Vision Support (whole food) Formula as an excellent foundation formula for overall eye and retinal health.

Been using this wonderful product to assist my cataracts, after 6 months of use my worse lens has become clear and the "film" over my eye has disappeared. I see a lot clearer in my (R) eye which only had the beginnings of cataracts. In my (L) eye I have Macular fibrosis as well as severe cataract, found that the swelling has settled and the lights at night now are less intrusive and half as blinding!
Still have a way to go but its better than invasive operation and I would rather have my own lenses than a polymer one Thank you.
I am age 65 in good health, eat organic only and avoid toxins readily available in what you eat and use as products. Shampoos are carcinogenic and destroys your eye sight also damaging your lenses.
I highly recommended this product.

cataract issue Review by Kusum

Hello,

my mother 67 year, father 71 year old having cataract issue in his both eye, doctor say like 6 month they can wait as cataract is not too much but yes it is beginning phase.

Can I use this product "Cineraria Homeopathic Eye Drops" for cataract issue.

Regards,
Kusum

Answer:
The cineraria homeopathic eyedrops are fine and safe to use to help manage and potentially improve cataracts.

Those with cataracts also tend to be deficient in glutathione and Vitamin C, so we have additional products your can select such as our sublingual formula for glutathione called ACG Glutathione Spray taken by mouth.

We also recommend our Advanced Eye and Vision Support (whole food) eye formula as well (2 capsules per day, 1 in the morning and 1 before nightime).

This provides a ranges of great nutrients including lutein and zeaxanthin which are used both in the retinal and lens of the eyes to help protect them from sunlight damage.

Cataract cures? Review by Marius de Jess
Quality
I read with keen interest the testimonies of patients who had experienced healing of their cataract.

And I would like to suggest that Dr. Grossman undertake a careful examination of patients who reported cure of their cataract; in this manner then he could come to the causes of why these patients experienced cures, while others did not experience cures.

With this new knowledge then more patients will come to successful use of cineraria, as they will follow faithfully the causes whereby these patients although unwittingly availed themselves of the causes, by which causes they came to the cure of their cataract with cineraria.

Dr. Grossman's Response:
There can be many reasons why cataracts form, so there is no simple answer to this question. The reasons for formation of cataracts may also vary from person to person. We know that ongoing exposure to sunlight can contribute to cataract formation. We also are aware of nutrients needed in relatively large amounts to support lens health such as vitamin C, glutathione, lutein and zeaxathin, and that these nutrients may be less available in the amounts needed as one ages. This may be due to poorer circulation and/or reduced ability to absorb nutrients through digestion, reduced regular exercise and/or even poorer diets. Cataract formation can also be due sometimes to medications, and even exposure to toxins in the environment.

So as you can see this is a complicated question to answer. With that said, we do know that using certain eyedrops and supplementing with targeted supplements can help manage lens health. Thank you for your interest and inquiry.

Infant Cataracts Review by Sara

My 11 month old daughter has been recently diagnosed with a severe cataract in one eye. They are not concerned that it's being caused by a health issue because it's only affecting one eye. Has there been any experience using these drops in an infant? I am so hesitant to have it surgically removed since she is so young. Thanks.

Answer.
We do think the cineraria would benefit congenital cataracts but there is no research to indicate using Cineraria Homeopathic eyedrops can help congenital eyedrops, and we are not aware that these eyedrops been used on infants. (Reviewed in 2015)

An improvement in vision. Review by Terry R.

I am writing for my VERY busy friend (who I recommended your products). She has an early-senior aged German Shepherd Dog who was exhibiting sight loss due to 'old dog cataracts'. Your recommended the Cineraria drops for her dog. She has been administering the drops for approximately 6 months and she has noticed an improvement in his vision. Example: at night he wouldn't go down the steps into the garage until she turned on the light. Now he does without the light as he used to. She obviously is thrilled.

Your eye drops work like you said they would. Review by Molly M.

Dear Michael, In June of 2014 I promised to get back to you about the Cineraria cataract eyedrops. Now I can report on my experience. Honestly I'm not consistent in using them, and am still on my first bottle. However, I have to say I was very surprised when I unexpectedly discovered I could see better driving without my glasses.

It started when I went to get gas in my car and forgot my glasses. Later I did a comparison test with my bifocal glasses, which have a three-year-old prescription, and they made the distance vision slightly worse. Also, I can read my Kindle in regular 12 pt. type without my reading glasses, but I still need them for regular books and my computer. I've even cut back on my Dr. Whitaker Vision Essentials, which apparently hasn't had a bad effect.

At 82 years old, now I drive without my bifocals, and take only my reading glasses along to meetings. I call this pretty good evidence that your eye drops work like you said they would, and it's not just the placebo effect because I wasn't consciously trying to prove anything one way or the other.

Best wishes and continued success for 2015 (Reviewed in 2015)
eye drops for pterygium? Review by Gabrielle
Quality
hello, I am interested in trying this product, I have pterygium beginning in one eye. I do not have cataracts, but am hopeful these eye drops might help the pterygium. or, do you have another product you would recommend? thank you!

Dr. Grossman's answer:
The cineraria homeopathic eyedrops may help as they support healthy circulation in the outside of the eyes. Also, the MSM drops used as eyedrops may help as well. (Reviewed in 2014)
Retina detachment after cataract surgery Review by Raul
Quality
I had a retina detachment after a cataract surgery and now the implanted lens is cloudy and I can't go through surgery again. My question is ; will be possible that this product work to clear my cloudiness?

Hello Raul,
Here is Dr. Grossman's answer:

The eyedrops will not help what is referred to as a secondary cataract. If this is what you are experiencing, then the only solution is laser treatment in an Ophthalmologist's office where they use the laser to burn off the debris that has attached to the new lens.

Hi.. I was wndering if this product works for carnosity in my eye. Not sure if its the same thing as a catarat.

Dr. Grossman responds: It really depends on what the carnosity is due to. For example, there is a condition called "Pterygium" where there is a gradual growth over the sclera. Have you seen an eye doctor to get a better explanation of what is happening with your eye? If so, let us know so we can help give you better recommendations. In the meantime, you can start with the MSM eyedrops that in general may help. (Reviewed in 2013)
Cat with cataracts Review by PatD
Quality
My cat has had cataracts for several and when they began to get worse I searched the internet for natural approaches before going through costly and invasive treatment (consults started at over $160 and one vet said she would probably have to have the one eye removed). I decided to try this product and being cautious, I only applied the Cineraria drops once per day and in two weeks, one eye is completely clear (previously 40% clouded) and the other much better (could not even see a pupil before). I am now ordering some for my 90 year old aunt who does not want to have eye surgery for her cataracts. I highly recommend this product! (Reviewed in 2012)

Cineraria- Water based or alcohol based --which is to be used ?

Answer:
All homeopathic remedies, whether water or alcohol produced are then converted to at least 20% alcohol - for preservation.

Our unique process then dilutes away the alcohol so that it can be used as an eye drop. Alcohol and eyes do not mix! (Reviewed in 2012)
Cloudiness Clearing Up Review by R.M.

I had emergency surgery for a detached retina, and after the surgery I developed a cataract in that eye. I looked online for natural ways to reduce cataracts, and found your very helpful website which offered such helpful information on juicing and other ways to naturally clear up the eye lens.

After the surgery I could hardly see out of the eye because the lens was so clouded. Also, I was in a lot of pain. The incisions from the surgery were very red and inflamed, so much so that I could not sit in front of the computer for any length of time.

I was very happy when your Cineraria Cataract Eye Drops arrived, and the very first time I used them, the painful redness and stinging in my eye was greatly reduced. Within three days I was able to sit in front of the computer again and get back to work.

The most exciting part is that the cloudiness in the lens of that eye is clearing up!! I have been using the Cineraria eye drops for two weeks now and the eye is getting better each day. Right now is to the point where sometimes I forget that I had eye surgery! I'm really grateful for your site and the helpful information and products you offer. Thanks so much!! " (Reviewed in 2012)

I got your "cineraria cataract eye drop" for my mother in November. She was scheduled for eye surgery in December but after taking the "cineraria cataract eye drop" in less than two weeks she could go out side and do what she love to do, take care of her plants. Thanks to you cause GOD must have sent you, she can go in and out freely. (Reviewed in 2012)

Hello. I thought I should let you know...I purchased these cineraria eyedrops from you a couple of months ago because my dog, a 14 year old Queensland heeler named Sadie, had just begun to develop a cataract in her left eye. Just a wisp, but it was there. I searched the term "alternative cataract treatment" and found you. I applied the drops as indicated, two, twice daily, and in three weeks the wisp was gone. We finished a month treatment and have a bit left. Thank you. (Reviewed in 2012)

Yesterday, my eye doctor, Dr. Jo Johnson, ophthalmologist, looked into my left eye and said: "Surprising!" She looked into my right eye and said: "This is a surprise! Good news! No surgery is indicated.

I said: "That's because I take the cineraria." We had talked about this previously. (Reviewed in 2012)

My visual field test showed improvement in both eyes Review by M.S., Missouri
Quality
In December I called to order more cineraria eye drops. You took the time to discuss ... [my] cataracts in one eye.

You suggested ..., and cineraria eye drops.

One month later I was at my ophthalmologist's office for an exam and visual field test. I see him every couple of months for an exam. I could tell that I did better on the visual field test than in 2010, and the results proved that! My doctor showed me the results and compared them to August of 2010; my visual field test showed improvement in both eyes!

My doctor also has told me that the cataracts were "not progressing, in fact, are better".

Finally I feel I have some control and am on the right path to maintain my vision. (Reviewed in 2012)
